We have extensive contacts with HR departments and Housing Officers of several hundred multinational companies and international organisations. As well as having an ongoing requirement for high quality property, their employees make first class tenants as they are able and willing to pay top rents.
Fees for landlords
Letting 10% (plus VAT at the prevailing rate) of the rent for the period of the tenancy. Management 5% (plus VAT at the prevailing rate) of the rent for the period of the tenancy.
If the rent is paid monthly we take six months’ fees upfront and thereafter monthly. This applies to renewals of tenancy.
A statement of account is provided showing rents received and deductions made and sent to the landlord as the rent comes in (i.e. if the rent is payable monthly statements will be produced monthly). If a replacement copy of a statement is required we will charge £6.00 (inc vat)
Where a rent is payable quarterly or more our fees, as above, are taken in advance. This applies to renewals of tenancy.
We do not make a charge for preparing renewal documents.

- Studio/ 1 bedroom £110 (inc. VAT)
- 2 bedroom £120 (inc. VAT)
- 3 bedroom £130 (inc. VAt)
- 4 bedroom £140 (inc. VAt)
We have Axa fraud insurance. We are not a member of a Client Money Protection Scheme.
